> Builders Exchange Scholarship Program
Applications (including an official transcript and a letter of recommendation) must be recieved by February 21, 2007.

Funding available for students who are pursing a construction-related undergraduate degree. Applicants are judged in six areas: financial need; academic achievement; community and school activities; impact of the student's field of study on the construction industry; and quality of the application. Award amount may vary, but can be as much as $2,000 per school year.

> Board of Regents Graduate Fellowship
Information Session Sponsored by Honors Collegium
Wednesday, January 10th, 4:00 PM,102 Kuhn

You are invited to an information session for the Ohio Board of Regents Graduate/Professional Fellowship. This award provides $3,500 for up to 2 years ($7,000 total) towards graduate education expenses. Eligible students will be current seniors planning to enter a graduate/professional program at an Ohio institution in the fall of 2007 applicants must also be Ohio residents. To be considered for OSU's nomination, please submit a complete application to the Honors Collegium by Feb. 1st, 2007. Competitive students will have a 3.8 GPA minority students are particularly encouraged to apply. Applications will be available for pick-up at the session and at the Honors Collegium office, 301 Enarson Hall.

> Jack Kent Cooke Graduate Scholarship

Thursday, January 11th, 4:00 PM, 102 Kuhn

You are invited to an information session for the Jack Kent Cooke Graduate Scholarship. At this meeting, we will discuss the eligibility and selection criteria, as well as the application and nomination process for this award. The Cooke awards up to $50,000 a year for up to 6 years for students pursuing graduate or professional degrees in all fields. Students must apply for this award as a college senior. Competitive students will have a strong GPA (3.7) and rigorous academic record, leadership and public service activities, have overcome significant challenges, and show unmet financial need. OSU may nominate two students for this award. Applications for OSU's nomination are due to the Honors Collegium by February 15th, 2007.

>Udall Environmental Scholarship

You are invited to an information session for the Morris K. Udall Scholarship. At this meeting, we will discuss the eligibility and selection criteria, as well as the application and nomination process for this award. The Udall awards $5,000 undergraduate scholarships to students committed to careers related to the environment. Students may apply for this award as a college sophomore or junior. Competitive students will have a minimum 3.0 GPA and a demonstrated commitment to the environment through leadership and public service activities, internships, research opportunities, and other extra-curricular involvement. Applications for OSU's nomination are due to the Honors Collegium by February 1st, 2007.

Applications are now available for The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi Graduate Fellowships. 60 fellowships for $5000 and 40 excellence awards of $2000 are available for the 2007 school year. In order to be eligible you must have applied to enroll as a full-time student in a post-baccalaureate program of study. You may complete and download an application online at www.phikappaphi.org. Applications are to be submitted to Cheria V. Dial in the University Honors & Scholars Center by February 1, 2007.

>Phi Kappa Phi Study Abroad Grants

Grants applications to help finance study abroad programs are now available from The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. 50 $1000 study abroad grants are available for the 2007-2008 school year. In order to be eligible you must have a minimum 3.5 gpa and have completed at least 30 semester hours but not more than 90 semester hours on or before February 15, 2007. You may complete an application online at www.phikappaphi.org or call the Phi Kappa Phi National Headquarters at 800.804.9880 ext.15 with questions. The deadline to apply is February 15, 2007.

>Phi Kappa Phi Freshman Awards
Sponsored by The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, Ohio State University Chapter

The Ohio State University Chapter of Phi Kappa Phi, invites applications for the Phi Kappa Phi Outstanding First Year Student Awards. The chapter will award two $750 scholarships for use during the 2007-2008 school year. Any full-time first-year student that entered the university in Autumn Quarter 2006 on the Columbus campus with a minimum 3.5 gpa may be considered.
